Build a strong first impression

Choose a strong exterior to lead when it best introduces the property. Follow it with the rooms and features buyers need to understand. Keep the sequence useful and avoid repeating the same view.

Match the file to the channel

Use the listing-ready files and unbranded media required by your listing platform. For social, use the delivered video orientation that fits your post. Preview the crop so key features stay visible.

Keep the caption simple

A short line about what stands out can be enough. Add an address, a useful detail or a next step when it helps the viewer. Every post does not need a sales pitch.

Check the finished post

  • Use the delivered files so the quality holds up.
  • Check the photo order, video crop, address and destination link.
  • Use music and other added material only when you have the appropriate rights.
  • Keep a saved copy of your original delivery before adding text or cropping.

Need another format?

Ask Cody about the output you need before changing or re-editing a delivered video. Confirm availability and any additional work first.
